RMH Receives Grant
Thursday, November 13, 2008
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Outstate Michigan granted $20,000 to the Ronald McDonald House at their regular quarterly meeting in November. Ronald McDonald Houses are the cornerstone of the Charity. Annually the Charity grants funds to children's charities throughout the Outstate area (outside greater Detroit). These funds are generated through canister collections at McDonald's restaurants. The Charity granted over $300,000 to children's charities in 2008.
Ronald McDonald Houses are not owned or operated by McDonald's restaurants or Ronald McDonald House Charities. All Houses are sustained through fundraising endeavors and the generosity of the community.
We are most appreciative of this generous unrestricted donation from RMHC.
